I am a graduate of the famous Rockwell Catering
College with a full culinary degree in French Classical
Cookery. Since graduating in 1987 I have worked in
London and France as well my native country of
Ireland. I have held the position of Executive Chef in
Hotels and Restaurants and dealt with a variety of
different cuisine. I held the position of Executive Sous
Chef in the famous "La Nautique Restaurant" on the
Island of Guernsey in the St. Malo Bay area off the
coast of France.
I operated a similar business in Ireland from 1999 to 2004. My services there, like here
included working as a Professional Chef, Relief Chef and Event Chef for all catering
establishments, also as a Personal Chef and Private Chef in private homes as my
reputation for being the king of dinner parties grew.
Dial - The - Chef has been in operation here in the Los Angeles area since July 2005.
Since then I have worked with some of the best know caterers in Los Angeles for all
indoor and outdoor events. I have worked as a Personal Chef and Private Chef in Private
Homes in Santa Monica, Malibu, Beverly Hills and Laguna Beach as an Independent
Contractor on both part-time and a Relief Chef basis. This service has proven a huge
success for covering in the absence of the Private Chef and Personal Chef, for extra busy
periods or entertaining large numbers in the home.
My dinner parties for any number up to twenty five people are the best thing to happen
in the Los Angeles area. I offer a complete professional service and any menu or type of
